Very bad customer service i had blinds fitted they missed one door and made out i was never quoted for it when I have the quote showing it was now they are stalling getting me my blind I paid for keep getting fobbed off. Never recommend this company to anyone

Great experience from start to finish. Christopher came out and brought shutter samples. He really knew his stuff! The shutters are great quality. The fitting was great and they look better than we imagined. Would highly recommend.

Quality of materials are fantastic fitter was on time a did a fantastic job fitting the blinds . I picked Hillarys coz in there add it said half price and 10% off I didn't see or hear any of this when choosing the blinds I think they should be more transparent in telling and showing you the range of what range is in the half price and a further 10% off like is shown in the Hillarys leaflet also when your paying £1500 for your blinds , you don't expect to have to get rid of all the rubbish. Wasn't too impressed with that 😕 but the actual job was great

Just had curtains fitted by Kevin Advisor Number 116891, the service he delivered was exemplary. The attention to detail was second to none, he was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, an absolute perfectionist. Would definitely recommend Kevin and the service he provides.

We had our Shutters fitted today by a very nice guy his name was Drago. His workmanship was exceptional, a credit to Hillarys. Will highly recommend to family and friends. We also have blinds supplied by Hillarys a few years ago, and still as good as the day they were fitted.

Gwin was excellent and very professional . He did an exceptional job and we were really happy with the service. The shutters look incredible.

From first arranging a home appointment to the fitting of the shutters, Hillary's have good customer service. The quality of the shutters are exceptional and they fitted with ease. The fitter was pleasant and ensured when he first came that the size ordered by the Salesman was correct. He then booked an appointment to come back and fit. They were fitted on the day booked. We are really pleased with the quality and Hillary's.

Had some blinds fitted by Jerry Megson (Advisor 112777). Really knowledgeable and helpful when I was selecting the blinds, very quick and efficient when fitting the blinds. Excellent service and a pleasure to deal with.

Not a great experience if I’m honest, came out to measure up my vertical blinds and choose a colour, had to wait around 4 weeks to be fitted, had a call a week before fitting to say that the colour I had was out of stock not good considering it was only a week before fitting, I could wait until April but unsure when or cancel the order or choose a different colour or style, not good enough and they will call if there’s a problem, but no call received, the fitter was so miserable and grumpy that if I’d have not been sat in another room trying to keep my two dachshunds quiet, I would have said something, blinds upstairs are okay, but the one fitted in the kitchen is actually short on the length of the bar at the top is around 50/60 mm short so doesn’t fit the window frame properly and is around 4 inches to far from the frame, not overly happy with the whole experience with Hilary’s and No I wouldn’t recommend them. I have sent the images which You have Confirmed via email and replied, so all I’m going to add this to my review, so now I’ve got to wait for your advisor to get back in touch with You before Hilary’s are prepared to do anything, let’s be honest, it’s a bit of a bodge job my kitchen blind when the blind is closed it’s 110mm away from the window frame(ie the slats) and when fully closed it’s 65mm away from the window frame and also the length of the main blind frame is 20 - 25 mm short, I’m not happy with that and I don’t think anyone else would be happy either sort it out asap or I’ll be happy calling in trading standards and making a formal complaint for my money back
