Great barbecue at a great price with fast shipping !

The shipping is slow and the tracking software doesn't work so you're in the dark as to when the grill will arrive. Also they forgot my BBQ cover which took an additional week to arrive. Happy with the grill itself.

This is the place to go when you really want to upgrade your BBQ game. You can buy certain things at the grocery store or the hardware store but when you really want a 360° view of the barbeque world this is the location that can give it to you. The staff is always friendly and quite knowledgeable they even can recommend a good butcher that can give you better cuts of meat than you might get at your local grocery store. Every time I go there one of the smokers is on at the front door and that wonderful smell of burning wood welcomes me and I know that every man that likes to barbecue is drawn to that smell, mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. I have been a faithful user of the Big Green Egg charcoal BBQ for almost 22 years and even though the Big Green Egg is pretty much indestructible and there's so few parts sometimes there's things you need to replace like the new modern hinge system which I put in, it's wonderful! As well needed to replace my inner firebox that split after all of these years and the knowledgeable staff a capital BBQ was able to pull up the part numbers and help me order that. This is the place where you'll find the complete line of grills smokers all the different types of lump charcoal accessories you won't find that the hardware or the grocery store plus an amazing amount and its selection of barbecue rubs spices sauces again --stuff you just can't find at the grocery store or the hardware store---absolutely worth the trip for the avid BBQ enthusiast if nothing just to go in and browse ( although I'm sure if you do you will definitely leave with something in your hands!)

Don't know what to think Ordered a Napoleon 525 March 25. Took payment immediately, but after one month, still no BBQ, and no contact from vender concerning delay

Our current Broil King BBQ is our third we’ve bought from Capital BBQ. Very pleased with the expertise and service. We use our BBQ year round and the burners had started to rust and flare. I went to buy new burners and was told he could sell me them, they were in stock but it should still be under warranty. He gave me the number to call, the part number to reference and told me to have my serial number ready. Called, got the burners under warranty and it’s like a brand new BBQ. At Capital BBQ they really do take care of their customers.

When i received my six bags of pellets for my smoker, three of them were open. Luckily the pellets all stayed in the box. I was able to recuperate them but, all three of the bags were opened from the top. I sent a picture to customer service. Customer service responded quickly and no problems with the product. It had to do with packaging i believe.
