It’s probably nearly a year since I shopped at Capital BBQ but it’s still worth mentioning that as I recall the service was top notch. There is always great advice and even for items not in stock, delivery is quick. It beats shopping at a big box store. I bought a Weber portable gas barbecue and accessories such as a folding stand. This is àn outstanding product for its cooking performance as well as durability, cleaning and maintenance. I find that it is all the barbecue I need even when cooking for guests.

Like the Team at Capital BBQ. Disliked ordering product "in-stock" online then informed "not" in stock. Took between 4-6 weeks and 2 phone calls before delivery.

I ordered an item for my Napoleon BBQ that was showing as "in sock" on their website and paid for it. Days later I got an email telling me that the item was back ordered and would not be available to be shipped out for at least several weeks. I did eventually receive the item several weeks later, but I have deducted two stars for showing an item in stock that was indeed not in stock.

The Grill Grate replacement grills are absolutely NOT a drop in item for a Blackstone Tailgater as advertised. They are too wide and they interfere with the tabs on the Tailgater lid preventing it from being closed. A follow up e-mail to advise the Seller of this was never responded to. Terrible experience with these people.

Great experience with BBQing.com. The BBQ itself is great. However, the door installation was very finicky, until realizing the frame was uneven. Once balanced, it’s perfect.
