I am pleased with my experience with BBQing. The product was shipped and received as expected. The price was fair, but shipping was extra. I knew this at the time of purchase. Why not 5 stars? I guess I'm hard to please.

Placed order Jan 4th, arrived May 1. Took almost 2 months for a part that was listed in stock when I bought it. Part was damaged upon arrival. They charge a huge restocking fee for returns. Sad beacuase I wanted to support local company but they just really provided a terrible customer experience. 0 stars.

I had a minor problem with my last purchase but the customer service representative went the extra mile to make things right. You sure won't get that service at a big box store. Thanks!!

Fast, easy transaction

The original shipment was the wrong size. Immediately upon being contacted, customer service replaced the item and reshipped, and we were advised we need not return the incorrect item. The young lady I talked to saved the day, and I would not hesitate to either purchase from BBQing.com or to recommend them to others.

Nice product

The product is great and is wonderful to use, easy to read as the meter is nice and large. I have used it to make excellent prime rib as well as turkey both were cooked to perfection. Great product!

Service, Service, Service Staff appear to enjoy working there and this reflects on their attitude towards the customers. Staff are knowledgeable about the products they offer. Whether you are looking for a big ticket item or a small accessory they treat you the same. Can’t beat their product line.
