Ordered item online. Didn't receive an email when it was in (I phoned to check after a number of days). Item was there when I went to pick up. No one went out of way to greet or help me (not very friendly). But the item was there and no big issues. Item works well so far.

Service was good even if they Re hard to get a hold of. The big issue is that it's a fluke that I got my bbq (a Weber) because it was delivered on a day I wasn't suppose to be at home. I was assured they would take an appointment. They didn't. The delivery man was going to leave a 200lbs box on my front porch but I walked by just on time.

Haven’t opened the product yet as we are waiting for our outdoor patio to be constructed but it arrived in a timely fashion and the purchase was easy at at the right price.

My item arrived scratched- I used the support link and received a reply but have not heard an update.

When I was looking for bbq parts I was pleased to see that they had in stock all items I needed at a fair price. It doesn't seem right that it took more than 10 days to process in stock items but canceling the order would probably not speed things up, having to go somewhere else. When I received the shipment the main item I needed was marked as being in the package but the actual item shipped was the wrong one. Shipping errors do happen so I called to try and remedy the problem. If I could give 5 stars for the way I was treated I would. However the response I was told I would receive didn't happen so I called again about a week later and was again treated very well by the person handling my call and was told I would be receiving a new shipment confirmation by the next day. 2 weeks later still waiting although I do receive regular emails inviting me to buy more products. I'm not sure what to do next.

The item is exactly as described. The shipping was fast and the item well packaged. Good online experience.

Ordering and in stock was good, however 2 weeks for shipping sucks and another 2 weeks to get it is lousy service. Asked for my address its a po box as I live in the country no comment that carrier does not deliver to a po box. Have to track down undeliverable parcel and make other arrangements. Lucky the get 3 stars.

delivery time is horrible communications is bad ordered in Feb. had to call 5 times to just find out status thought i was smart ordering in February but picked wrong company

Needed new sear plates for my napolean bbq prices were half of what local stores wanted, was expecting cheap knockoffs to be delivered but when they arrived they were the real deal. Even with the shipping cost paid half what I would have around here.

When I lived in Canada these guy's sorted me out the exact grill I was after which I literally used every day on my 3 month trip. Great customer service and advice!

Orderered the Louisiana Grills 1000 BL online. Their freight shipper as the weirdest route (Nepean - Ottawa - Brampton - Ottawa - Prescott Russell region). The controller board on the grill was dead on arrival and it took another 2 weeks of dealing with Dawson customer care. Nothing that BBQing.com could have done. But it left me with a not-so-great customer experience.

the experience with my purchase of our unit was very good they kept us informed right to the delivery day and followed up the the cover that was delayed would recommand them

The service to get the BBQ on line was great except for the cover for the BBQ, someone forgot to include it with our package and we had to go a second time to get it. The day we went to get the cover, the staff was overwhelmed. All together, it was very good.

Fair pricing and excellent service

Napoleon BBQ came in good time and customer service was good to deal with. The price was very competitive and we are very pleased with the BBQ at this point in time. Our previous Napoleon BBQ still works after 22 year, but we felt it was time and the offering from BBQing.com suited our needs to a tee.
