I went to get help to connect my new BBQ. Dwayne was extremely helpful. Even though I didn't buy the BBQ there they treated me like a customer. This is a candy store for grilling. they also have a wide rande of sauces.

I bought a Louisiana Grills smoker from Capital BBQ. The temperature was unstable and off by at least 65 degrees from the time that we bought it. I notified sales at Capital BBQ when I was in-store and they said they would follow-up and get the rep from Louisiana Grills to contact me. They never did. I called Capital BBQ and left messages with no reply. After-sale service is lacking for sure. Ghosting customers never looks good on a company. **Capital BBQ has since responded and ensured that the issue with the smoker was addressed and fixed...and then some! Thank you Capital BBQ.

Ordered online and was notified when to pick up. Very easy process.

I would give it 5 stars but twice now in the past few months we’ve ordered items (online and in store) and never got contacted when they came in. It took us calling to find out the items arrived.
