Good experience with this purchase. Firstly, you had the part for sale at a price. Secondly, I was promptly notified that the part was not in inventory and to be ordered, but that I would be updated. I didn’t have to wait long. It was delivered. Thanks for helping me with this order.

No follow up e-mail the package was in poor condition upon delivery

All and all things went well. Bbq is great, showed up undamaged and basically on time. Tracking the package was very difficult and frustrating. The wrong link was uploaded and it took several repeat phone calls to actually find the status of the delivery. Also, 3 items were back ordered for over a month - no communication around that what so ever. Didn’t even know I was still getting them. Again, overall I got what was ordered - but could have been a little smoother

Prices were great, communication regarding how things were being processed was a wonderful touch, and shipping was fast. Most definitely worth the purchase!
