The company is very professional, they ring when they say they will. Prompt and efficient. They charged one call out fee and even though they had to come back to repair the HOB they did not charge again for the call out. Would definitely recommend.

Stuart gave me ample notice of his time of arrival. Very polite. Repaired a broken switch on my Rangemaster and put everything back tidily. All in all a good job. If I had another issue, I would certainly consider Capital Repairs.

Charged £95.88 to be told fridge freezer was not repairable. Waste of time and money, would not use again or recommend!

Booked an engineer to repair an Aga oven and wine fridge. Asked that they bring specific parts for specific models. The engineer arrived and was completely unprepared. After a very short visit they passed us to a staff member who demanded payment at amounts not at what was agreed. We were told another visit at additional cost was needed to fit parts. We declined to pay as they had done nothing and failed to turn up as promised able to repair. Staff member we spoke to said they would check the calls as part of a quality assurance review. Next I heard was another employee 6 weeks later calling me and saying they would pass the ‘debt’ to a debt collection agency. I then received 10 mins later for the first time an invoice. Avoid this firm at all costs. Unprofessional, unethical and not able to deliver the basic service promised. I have complained to Middlesex Trading Standards and intend to pursue complaints about this business.

Stuart did a great job fixing the cooker fan

Stuart was very polite and provided a quick turnaround on the repair of an induction control switch. He explained what he did and he answered questions I had about the range and the induction top. He also explained about a possible glitch to watch for which was very much appreciated as I love the range and want to keep it in tip top shape. The only more helpful thing would’ve been a text from Capital providing a more specific arrival time, but perhaps this isn’t possible given that other repairs on the day may be more time consuming. We have just had a new electric oven and grill installed as well as a new Blomberg gas hob. Capital Repairs provided an excellent, fast and efficient service for us. We cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone needing appliance repairs or replacement. Their staff were competent and efficient in installing our new appliances.

My experience using Capital Repairs was very positive. I needed a new built in cooker and hob as my old units were old (Hygena from MFI). Capital Repairs were able to source a selection of cookers and hobs for me to chose from. I was kept informed throughout the purchasing of the items with regular email updates. Once I had made my choices, I was sent full details of the delivery,price and fitting date. The items arrived with the engineers on the date provided and they proceeded to remove the old units and install the new. The engineers not only fitted the new units quickly but removed the old units and cleared up after they had finished their work. Very pleased with whole experience

I was told the delivery of a part would take 3-5 working days. It took 20 working days. I was told the placement of the part would take place today. Two hours into the working day, they called to cancel and could not reschedule until 3 more working days. Do not use them if possible.
