Good efficient organisation. It took time to get dishwasher repaired but the job had to be assessed and then a part ordered and the engineer returned to fit part - so couldn’t have done much better on timing! Delightful and most helpful people answering the phone. THANK YOU

Franco made my experience easy! It threatened to be an ordeal - the fridge and microwave failed together without warning. Franco suggested, sourced, chased, reordered the right fridge when he found the wrong model had been supplied. He patiently arranged a delivery time which was sabotaged by protesters glueing themselves to the M25. He then arranged another delivery time to fit between a Meeting and a dinner party we were hosting. He was calm and accommodating, followed up with phone calls. In fact, he became a friend to us. The delivery boys were quiet, efficient, careful and clean. We are grateful for all the help we were given by Capital Repairs - thank you.

The worker that you sent (Matthew) was an absolute star very polite and professional and an expert. No faffing about straight to the job and made sure he tried to fix the machine before even contemplating adding it to the landfill and he fixed it!

I don’t understand how they have 4.4 star. Unbelievably horrible experience right at this point, having to deal with capital repair. They have no regard of your time and don’t even listen to you properly. Please don’t be fool by the reviews, to me they seem total fake, so much headaches with this company. We had issue with our dishwasher, contacted this horrible company, had to wait for weeks for an appointment, the Enginer came, rude, anyways he diagnosed it was a pump issue, they they had to order the pump, it took almost a week for pump then to book appointment but today that Enginer changed the pump but dishwasher has exactly same issue like before, called them and they said, nothing available until 14 of this month so one more week but wait while I was talking phone kept cutting off, it happened 3times, when I called 3rd time which was on same call, it was some one else and asked to explain to him again as his colleagues gone to lunch. It’s been 3 weeks so far since we contacted this company and if they come next week, then it will be almost 4 weeks. Honestly no regard of anyone’s time. This company just don’t care about customer headaches and frustration which is caused by them.

I had a very tricky fault to diagnose in my range master cooker but Jason found it and fixed it. Absolutely delighted!

Stuart came out quickly on the day and though there was a different problem with my dishwasher than first thought, he managed to fix it in good time. Very professional and helpful!

One of the worse and incompetent domestic appliance repair company’s I think I’ve ever experienced if I could give them no stars then I would, called them midweek and requested a technician to call and diagnose the problem with my oven, the advisor gave me a date for Saturday between 8am - 6pm and to call Saturday morning to give me a window, received a call Saturday morning telling me the technician has covid, ok fair enough they rescheduled my appointment for the following Wednesday between 2-6.30pm your told that you will receive a txt when technician is on route, so I waited until 5.30 by this time I was getting a bit worried as I heard nothing so decided to call them, the advisor told me not to worry as the technician is on his way and be with you within the hour, still waiting no call or txt by 6.15 so I called again advisor told me he’s definitely on his way, of course he never turned up, couldn’t even be bothered to let me know incompetence beyond belief, so I called Thursday morning and was told next available slot was Friday between 8-12pm reluctantly accepted that, then got a call back 10 minutes later telling me sorry can’t do that it will be 2-6 so I told them to poke it, if you want your domestic appliances repaired I’d certainly give this company a wide birth they are total crap and do not care

The engineer Stuart was brilliant. He arrived early, diagnosed the problem in minutes, fixed the issue and explained it all clearly. Really happy, would definitely recommend.

Washing machine swiftly diagnosed and repaired. Knowledgable and very pleasant technician. Shame I did not receive a text to confirm he was on the way. Might have been awkward but thankfully I was at home at the time.

Fantastic service from the first engineer (sorry can’t remember his name) to then go on to purchase my dishwasher from the company. It was delivered in 2 days, Zak arrived on time and was a fabulous fitter, courteous, professional, kind and extremely clean in his working area. I honestly cannot praise this company high enough

I wish I had known about Capital Repairs sooner. The highly skilled and very knowledgeable engineers here can save your product from the scrap heap. My Dualit toaster has been returned better than new, with more efficient parts than when originally purchased. All parts are genuine, purchased directly from the manufacturer. And the price of the repair was a fraction of the cost of a replacement toaster - in addition to saving raw materials etc.

Generally good service. Reception were excellent & the engineer was very good. The problem was being 3 weeks without our Fridge/Freezer due to a delay with spares & a 4 day delay for an engineer after receipt of the spares.

I requested a repair to my washing machine, and I go the repair man within several days. He came, repaired the machine. I was happy

Engineer was on time and knowledgable regarding the problem. When the only solution was a new machine suggestions were made quickly and the machine delivered and installed quickly and expertly.
