Very good service. The engineer came when he said and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Could always be cheaper but you get what you pay for.

The guy knew what was wrong immediately. He effected a temporary fix that kept everything working properly until the new part arrived some two/three weeks later. Friendly, polite, knowledgeable, clean and tidy. Worth every penny.

Thank you to the team at Capital Repairs. I had great advice in store when I was choosing my cooker, and I could have had a delivery and fit the same week. The two installers were considerate, friendly and tidy in their work and talked me through the main instructions. Definitely will use Capital Repairs again.

The repair man was helpful, friendly and efficient. The washing machine installers were also courteous and efficient, taking care to do their job well, and also taking care of my home. Not easy when when you’re lugging a heavy washing machine around difficult corners, up difficult stairs, whilst dodging a massive mirror.

I called the company the evening before for a timeframe my engineer would arrive: 10:00-14:00. Stuart arrived on time to fix my washer drier, he diagnosed the error quickly and had the new part in his van ready to fit. The process was quick and ran smoothly, Stuart was very polite and described the fault so I knew what was going on. Thank you, I would highly recommend your service to other customers.

Do not use this company if you are looking for an AGA repair!! The Technician who came to our call out clearly didn't know one end of an AGA from another and while I watched him he spent a lot of time "checking" things which were nothing to do with the reason for the call out. He looked like a child dismantling a gadget he'd never seen before. I paid the call out (£168) and awaited a solution only to be told it would cost me another £146.86 for a HINGE. No thank you Capital Repairs. Once Bitten Twice Shy.

Stuart from Capital Repairs came to look at my washing machine. He contacted me in the morning of the appointment to confirm what time he would arrive. Stuart was extremely helpful, and managed to sort the issue with machine in a few minutes. He also provided me with some useful guidance on the general up keep of the machine. I was very happy with the service that Capital Repairs have provided in this instance.

Fridge broke called Capital Repairs very friendly to book explained there would be a call out charge including all labour costs only thing not included were any parts required. Engineer came to the home for 7 minutes explained that looking at the fridge he thinks he might know what the problem is but couldn't be sure would order a part and give it a go. Firstly when i say he looked he literally looked didnt even touch the appliance and wasnt sure was just going to give the part (that I would have to pay for) a go. Then I chase the part for a week only to be sent an email 7 days later stating they couldnt get the part as it was obsolete but they could sell me a new fridge for £1400. I rang and spoke to numerous people regarding a refund of the £88.68 that they had charged to come out explaining that the only reason i paid this was because it was a call out plus labour charge but as i had received no labour i feel the cost was unjustified as there was no mention ever of not being able to get the part and the engineer hadnt even diagnosed the actual problem and was basically told tough. The engineer who came also spent 4 of the 7 minutes at my house bad mouthing the company and stated all they care about is getting the £88 fees regardless of whether the customers appliance is repaired or not. With families struggling at their worst at the moment instead of Capital Repairs supporting and trying to help they are just robbing people blind.

Well where can I start with Capital Repairs? All I will advise is USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. I will not bore everyone who has chance to read this review with what happened to me as to be honest most of the concerns are highlighted in reviews already on here. I will give a few pointers though: - Please read that invoice the repair engineer attends with before signing as apparently your signing away your 14days wavier. - Always pay by credit card if possible and insist that you want your 14 days wavier. - Ask for another quote else where as I can assure you, you will be able to find a cheaper quote especially when it comes to the price of the parts of the repairs they quote you. Hopefully this can help one two people make an informed decision. GOOD LUCK.

The attending engineer was friendly and effective in diagnosing and then remedying what turned out to be a simple problem with the drain pump in our Neff dishwasher. He seemed familiar with the appliance and what needed to be done to diagnose and rectify the problem.

Booking was easy, Charlie the engineer was friendly, professional and very prompt! We will definitely be using their services again!
