Switzerland | 03 December 2024This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life, and their CEO, Tobias Otto, should be prosecuted. He is a thief, a con man and a blackmailer - and I have hard evidence that he is a thief. I have today reported him to the police - read on to find out why. ****Before I proceed - if anyone else has experienced the horror that is this company and would like to join me in the civil lawsuit in 2025, please do email me on jamiereidus @ Yahoo .com - we are currently 6 people - but the more we have, the better.**** First they offer a premium delivery service for an extra 150 Euro. This is just a theft. The bed took 2 months to arrive. They pay no attention to when you are expecting it, only when their truck is full enough near your area. Some people wait months. But this is only a tiny part of the problem. The bed arrived in May (ordered in early March). By June it was making noise like it wasn’t stable. I bought new slats, I tightened all the screws (a routine I would end of doing several times a week for months). In August I wrote to them to complain. You cannot call them because their website phone number is a fake, with nobody picking up ever. They asked for a video (after taking a week to reply). I immediately sent it. A week later they replied and dismissed my video as nothing. I sent over two hours of other videos - they did not even bother to download them. They claimed they never received them. Also a lie, as I have direct responses from their staff to those exact emails. They just couldn’t be bothered to download them. It is now December - and after over 150 emails, over 4 months, hours of video footage proving the product was a piece of junk, finally they sent 2 people to look at it on 23 November. They couldn’t fix it, but using their phone (in a recorded conversation for evidence) their boss promised me he would call me on Monday. I have severe back pain and have been sleeping on the floor now for 4 months - I am in agony every morning. I told him this, he seemed to care and promised me that he would call on the Monday. Monday went past. So did Tuesday. And Wednesday, and Thursday. I emailed at least 15 times during the week begging for an update - as they had promised me a solution and I have my elderly mother and father coming to stay and I do not want them sleeping on the floor. I have to go back to England to have an operation on my back - a condition made worse by this ordeal. I’ve told them that about 30 times too. Ignored, ignored, ignore. Until last Friday, I got an email from the CEO. Telling me that my complaint was not valid - and sending me an invoice of 300. That he is saying I must pay them. Obviously I was furious. I was out of the country, but I returned today to take more photos of the broken and bend metal part…the part that has caused all the problems. TO MY HORROR I find that his men had taken it away with them. As well as all the screws and fitting that would allow me to at least try and put it back together for my parents to use when they are here. Tobias Otto ordered them to steal the evidence - and leave me helpless in being able to rebuild it. I messaged him immediately - and he replied (in writing) that he would not send the piece back until I paid him 300 Euro. I have never been so angry in all my life. I plan to sue this man and this company for an enormous sum of money. And I will be pushing ahead with criminal charges against the company for theft, fraud and blackmail. Read the hundreds of other Google reviews and Trust Pilot reviews. I am not the only person they have done this to. I have video, written and photographic evidence - as well as medical documents and bill showing the decline in my health since this nightmare began - so before they reply with more lies, consider this. They are truly the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. They even used an excuse - after 3 months of me begging them to come, and then finally they offer me one day 26 October. They offered it to me on 25 October. I was out of the country. I never accepted it, and wrote back immediately saying I was away. Then two weeks later they blame me for “cancelling at the last minute”. They are appalling, lying, cheating thieves. And they deserve to be shut down. I intend to make that happen. They’ve stolen from the wrong person. And anyone else who has had this experience with them - please find me and we will join forces and sue them together. I already have 4 people from Google reviews who will be joining me in this. Avoid avoid avoid. UPDATE: 27 December - they finally agreed to repost the defective part they stole from my house (and sent me a photo of it). They claimed they had posted it on 4 December. As of 27 December, nothing has arrived - the bed is still in pieces on the floor and it is now nearly six months since my first complaint. They also ensured that my 80-year-old parents slept on the floor over Christmas. They did not care.
