AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Left my car in the hands of this company only to return and find a large crack across my windscreen and faults within the braking and tyre system - lights all showing on dashboard on return. None of this was on the car when it was dropped off and it had passed it’s MOT with no issues a week prior. Car has clearly been driven recklessly and damaged whilst I was away without my knowledge or consent. Staff clearly have no knowledge of the condition of cars on drop off or any damage that occurs to them as they did not highlight any issues to me on return. Radio station had been messed with, mirrors all moved and height of chair and steering wheel all moved. Staff at car park unwilling to acknowledge my complaints and ‘customer service’ also unwilling to acknowledge email complaints. Very very expensive repair bill at the hands of this companies fault and nothing I can do to gain any money back. Do the wise thing and BOOK ELSEWHERE!

Easy to find and navigate once arrived . Staff were super friendly on both drop off and collection . Didn’t wait long at all for the shuttle bus both ways . Collected car from Birmingham when leaving the carpark tried to use our sat nav and it wasn't working. When we checked lists of phones on car the most recent device connected was (Jon's Samsung) and radio station had been added Radio Birmingham. When we contacted Maple Parking via the customer service email we have been told our employees would connect their phones !! I emailed back to say they definitely had and have since had radio silence from company !! Avoid

Really easy drop off. Car was there and waiting when we returned, close to the terminal and competitively priced. I've used them few times before and never had an issue and will use them again next week. I've had flat tyres, scratches on the car and delays in being able to collect the car from other providers - these folks have been a non nonsense operator every time.

Fantastic service from start to finish. We parked up and handed our keys over, we were on our way to the terminal in seconds. The staff were warm and friendly. On our return, again once we'd reached the handover point, we were in our car, on our way home in seconds. Maple parking took all of the stress away from parking at Heathrow's busy airport.
