We have used them many times now, previously booking through a third party, but now we book direct and are working our way up their discount ladder. Our bookings are always at LHR but recently we used them at LGW. I couldn't see where their guy was, that is because he had popped of to get me a trolly for our luggage. What a great service.

United Kingdom | 22 September 2024I emailed Maple parking to see how close the car park was to the Premier Inn. The returned my email and said it is next door to the hotel, which is ideal. They also gave me a quote but could have given me an option of booking online with a discount code. I had to prompt them for this option but apart from that, everything was easy to book online with a discount code.

United Kingdom | 22 September 2024We had a terrible experience coming back from our holiday with maple meet and greet, Birmingham. I thought it would be easier than car park 4 which we have used in the past, but no. We rang twice before getting to the car park. First time phone was cut off, second time they took information. However after waiting 20 minutes in car park and other people picking up cars after us we rang again. They promised it in 5 minutes but no sign of car. Then one of the operators rang and eventually we got our car, after 40 minutes from original phone call. It would have been quicker to walk to car park 4. Also when we drove away we noticed that the window button was broken but by that time so tired we couldn't be bothered to go back. I'm never using them again.

United Kingdom | 21 September 2024I've used Maple Parking at Gatwick and that is why I used it at Stanstead and now wish I hadn't it is nothing like Gatwick where you park next to the airport and just walk in. At Stanstead you park off the airport then get on a bus not dissimilar to Purple or Long Stay. The people were not as friendly as Gatwick and despite only parking on Friday and picking up 2am on Sunday my Ranger truck was covered in heavy dust all over and had stones stuck in the treads that gradually inged out on the way home so clearly parked in a large dusty non tarmac area. If I use Stanstead again I certainly will not use this service again.

United Kingdom | 21 September 2024Unclear instructions as to where the meet & greet is- had to pay £17 so they could exit my car after drop off. On arrival had to wait 30 minutes for my car to arrive. Worst meet & greet service I’ve ever experienced.
