Really quick and helpful cancellation. Booked parking at stansted. needed to cancel the next day. Rang up, spoke with Bianca who refunded in full in less that 30 seconds. Beautiful

I have used Maple many times and they are fantastic. You can book online but unbelievably you can also book via phone and get through to someone without all the unnecessary options to navigate through. Each booking I have had really excellent and friendly customer service, Maple should be proud of the staff answering the calls because they are great. Wouldn’t use any other parking service now I’ve been using Maple

Having arrived at Heathrow at 9am after a night flight with no sleep I was immediately greeted with a call from a guy with a very strong Indian accent I found difficult to understand but in essence was telling me my car wouldn’t be ready as he couldn’t start it. I went to pick up my key and waited a long time for a minibus that was driven by another Indian who didn’t really speak English. He took me the car park that is so dreadful I’ve been to war that had better and less massive potholed car parks. Not ideal for my very low Jaguar. On arrival I found my battery was indeed flat because the door had been left half open. The window hadn’t sealed properly so it was left open to the several storms the UK had whilst we were away. We were left stranded in the cold and rain with no idea where we were and no English speaking staff to give us any idea to pass to a breakdown company. One of their guys did eventually arrive to park a vehicle that had broken jump leads. He was kind enough to give us a jump and we got going. I then tried to call to complain only to find you can only email them which is in no way helpful. I will never use these absolute buffoons again. I wouldn’t trust them with an old fiesta so they’re never taking my car again

So back in August I paid for parking at Heathrow. I chose the the car park outside the ULEZ zone, I then downloaded the app as advised and got the directions to the car park, they checked me in took my van from me and off I went. Since I’ve been home I’ve had 2 fines come through for going in the ULEZ zone, whilst I was actually on my flights. I contacted the company and they said that I didn’t leave my vehicle in the right place. Why was I not told this when I checked in? Because I would of driven to the correct place, or I would of paid the ULEZ charge if someone had told me, but no nothing from anyone, as far as I was concerned I was in the correct place. I’ve emailed numerous times and I’m getting ignored! They know they’ve messed up here so now I’m left with 2 huge fines as I’ve been trying to sort this out with maple! Disgusting! I’ve used this company so many times before and I will never use them again after this.

I parked my car for a week with Maple Parking meet and greet for a week at Gatwick. When I returned I got into my car to find that when I started the engine the car had been left in gear. Luckily I have a modern car where you have to press the clutch in before starting. So I started the car & put the gear stick in neutral. After I did this a few seconds later my car started rolling backwards because the car had not only been left in gear but the handbrake had not been applied either. I complained at the reception desk to be told to email my complaint which I did. I received an email back from a really unhelpful representative who told me that they expect all cars to be left in neutral with the handbrake applied when waiting for collection. Then further down in the email he told me that because I had not checked that my handbrake was applied (& supposedly that is my responsibility!) they cannot accept liability for this. I am utterly appalled by the response. I have used this company before and my car was left in neutral with the handbrake on so it seems this time someone has made an error and they are simply trying to avoid paying for the damage caused. Stay well away from this company! Edited to reply to their comment - their ‘emailed reply’ just basically stated that they aren’t going to do anything about it and it was up to me to check my handbrake was on despite them parking my car and telling me their policy was that they shoud leave every car they park in neutral with the handbrake applied so a total contradictory.
