Have been using cophall parking for over 16 years, I've never had a problem. When I had a terrible accident in Greece in 2017 I was rushed to Southampton general hospital straight from Gatwick airport ..cophall didn't charge me for 3 extra days my car was there until I could get a friend to collect it, they sent me a lovely email and have me 15% off my next booking..thankyou always a great service

We used maple meet and greet at Birmingham airport and it really made the whole journey stress free. We dropped off the car, walked less than 5minutes into terminal and we were off! On the return it was much the same, I called after we picked up our luggage and walked to the valet parking. The car was approximately where we'd parked it before and we were on our way in a couple of minutes.

Our experience with Maple parking at Heathrow T3 was OK, but it wasn't great. It would depend significantly on the circumstances whether we would use them again. Drop-off was easy, the instructions were clear and concise and we were able to transition easily from drop-off to the bus. We waited about 10m for the bus to leave and the journey to the terminal was relatively quick. Upon return we had conflicting instructions, with the covering letter in the email stating that we should call, the card we were given stating that we shouldn't, and when we called we got a recorded message stating that we only needed to speak to someone if our flight was early. Since we'd provided our flight details (airline and flight number) there was no real cause for concern, and we went to the bus stop to wait for the bus. We waited a little over half an hour before suspecting that they didn't know we were waiting. We rung back again and this time spoke to an agent. We were informed that buses run every 15-20 minutes and they were probably stuck in traffic. We waited a further 10m before the bus arrived. There was no traffic between Heathrow and the car park, so unless there was a temporary 25m traffic jam in the few miles between the car park and the terminal that cleared up immediately when we called, this feels like we were just being spun a lie. When we arrived back at the car park our car wasn't ready, and with a short conversation we were informed that they don't use the flight number to determine when to have the car ready and they hadn't "unpacked" our car for collection. I'd booked the car park with a finish time a few hours after our flight landed as insurance against a late flight. The car was ready in 12-15m, and no harm was done. There's no real problem here, but after a long flight it's quite frustrating to have to wait 40-45m for a bus that is still advertised on the website as running every 10-15m and verbally stated as every 15-20m. Then the added complication of having to wait for the car to be ready when nothing in the booking process mentions the distinction between the booking time and collection time, nor states that the flight number is ignored for collection purposes. We can see *why* this is, but if this had been made clear in the booking process we'd have done things differently. In the future we might use Maple again, but watching 6-10 Heathrow-branded long stay car park buses and three Purple Parking-branded buses pass in the time we waited for the Maple bus is pretty rough when all you want to do is get home to bed. The extra expense might be worth it for less frustration.

The booking process is very easy, but i must add i use this company because it takes me nearly 6 hours to drive to the airport and dropping off the car is so easy & quick . The last thing i wanted was a long wait to be dealt with. The same when we go to collect the car after a transatlantic flight i just want to collect my car & go. Its always ready for us. Highly recommended

The closest to actual meet and greet you’ll get at LHR, I’ve used most of the ones who work out of short stay 3 car park and these always have some one available to drop your car off and it’s usually available within 10 minutes of getting to the pickup point, some have taken 35 minutes and don’t have a stand so your waiting both ends

If I could give minus stars I would. Horrible company, their staff are dishonest and when I complained they brushed it off as a 'coincidence' and refused to take any responsibility. Avoid at all costs!!
