On return car arrived back within 10-15 minutes. Great price too compared to the extortionate prices the airport charges for on site

United Kingdom | 21 September 2024The process of dropping off the car, catching the bus then collecting the car when we returned from holiday was very easy. The staff were helpful and very friendly. Our only small negative was the time/distance away from the airport. It wasn’t a big issue, but we left the car park at rush hour and it took a long time to get out to the motorway.

United Kingdom | 20 September 2024I have used Maple Parking for a number of years. The last instance was earlier this month and was by far the worst experience ever. Upon returning to Heathrow T5 from holiday and as required, having collected my luggage I called Maple Parking to advise that I had collected my luggage. Having made our way to the Car Park area we waited a further 35 minutes for our car to be delivered. The state of the car was disgusting. It was covered in bird excrement, leaves and twigs. I was told that if I wanted to complain I should email Customer Services with photographic evidence. This I did only for the email to be returned as "undeliverable". Worst service ever.
