It was a nice easy transaction with quick delivery. The knives are nicely packed and I have used them for a few weeks now and they are still razor sharp. Only thing stopping a five star review is an unanswered question post purchase regarding the edge angle of the knives purchased. This is so I can maintain them without creating a new edge, however I never received a reply. //edit - 7th February 2025// after my review, JKC contacted me straight away, apologetic they did not see my request and had their shop staff email me the required info. I have since changed my 4 stars to 5 stars, given that their customer response, for what could be a legitimate oversight, was first class.

Have bought a number of items from from JKC. Always very good product and good delivery. Also rate the customer service very highly - had a slightly damaged knife which they replaced immediately with no fuss. Highly recommend.

Went in twice to look at knives and gather information. Both members of staff were very helpful,patient and knowledgeable. Eventually bought two Nakiri knives and some exotic wood chopsticks.
