I ordered on the 30th November, it is 20th December and I still have not received my order. My tracking information says the package was only sent to couriers on the 12th Dec, a week and a half after ordering. This will not arrive in time for Christmas and I have not received any tracking update since the 12th when the courier received the parcel information. I am starting to doubt it was ever shipped

The customer service and range was excellent. I went in with a little knowledge of what I was looking for and Snehal took me through the selection of knives based on my shortlist - no rush and plenty of time to compare. I left with a knife that was suggested to me that was exactly what I wanted.

I decided that I wanted a Japanese chef's knife so I visited the store in Baker Street. Shrujal took the time to answer my questions and provide some options. I walked away with a beautiful Japanese chef's knife, plus a magnetic knife block and a 2-wheel knife sharpener. The store is beautiful, so many great products, and the service is first rate. I placed the order on December 8th, and it was to be delivered to a very nearby area. It was expected to be delivered around last Friday (it said online that it would take 1-5 working days to a UK address in the UK), but I didn't see it. I sent an email to check when the delivery would be and when the order would be delivered. No one replied! How unhappy! This Wednesday is a special day that needs to be taken advantage of, so the online experience is very poor.

Over the last four months my wife and I have purchased 5 knives from the Chiswick store. We have also returned to have our knives sharpened. On every occasion the staff have offered great advice despite the store being very busy. Their knife sharpening service is great value compared to competitors as well as a complimentary service for the first sharpening. On todays visit we managed to get two knifes sharpened as well as having repair work done to a tip. Prince did an excellent job and returned our knives in less than one hour which is exceptional service. Bhargavgiri Gosai was also excellent, providing great advice across a number of knives whilst patiently allowing my wife to look at every knife in the store! This is the only company we will use to purchase knives and to maintain our growing collection.
