United Kingdom | 23 December 2024So far so bad. I ordered some treatment from these guys about 6 months. It was expensive and did NOTHING! Anyway, I said to myself it was always a test and I’d give it a go due to the incessant social media marketing. Fast forward to today and there has been £160 charge to card for a subscription for my treatment which I NEVER agreed to. No email confirmation or anything just a payment from my card. Their customer service is none existent and I am struggling to understand how these people are in business and aren’t under investigation for criminal activity. I would advise anyone to avoid at all costs and I will continue to tell friends/family the same thing.

United States | 23 December 2024Absolutely no Customer Support online via text or phone. Trying to get your prescription modified is impossible. Their app is frustrating and I would recommend using a different company. There’s absolutely no human interaction. It’s all done by email and help articles. They don’t care about their customers and they don’t spend any money on Customer Support at all.

United States | 22 December 2024I never got my delivery. When it was offered to be resent I asked about an alternate delivery method like fedex or ups instead of usps. After I didn’t get my delivery I was told to file a claim with usps but wasn’t provided any more details or a follow up message so I could do that.

United States | 21 December 2024I don't believe this company's products are authentic. I had previously purchased their hair regrowth products and used them as directed and they did not work. Before I canceled this service I was told by one of their own doctors that it is "not possible to regrow hair". Even though this is what they advertise. Unfortunately I decided to give them another try with a weight loss product. This has not worked either. I paid close to $3000 and I GAINED WEIGHT. From my experience and in my opinion this company is a complete scam that sells fake products to desperate people.

I requested a change to the oral method and Hims acknowledged it. But, it’s taken longer than I expected to receive the oral medication.

I contacted Hims customer support and was basically told to go pound sand and they refused to refund me. I was charged $150/ bottle. It was Hims mistake and yet they refused to help me and give a refund. Not impressed.
