Great product !!

Watch out for auto renew that is not made clear at all. Won't even refund or allow return even though product was never used. Also products have bad expiry date. Bought hair lotion oitment that had 6 months expiry for 6 months of product, really awful.

I bought new chewable tab, it has been ok but I struggle with timing. Also do not get rock hard.

Renewed and charged for my prescription despite giving feedback of negative side effects. Does not accept returns or refunds.

It was easy to start and was guided through the process.

First I bought a six month supply based on your recommendation. The meds didn’t work so I asked for help multiple times. On top of being stuck with meds that don’t work, when I reported that, we went back and forth with no timely resolution. Then you just recently made another shipment which I don’t even know what it is as I have not opened it. The whole experience has cost me a small fortune with a ton of frustration and no positive results.

It worked well for a little over a month, now the new subscription is not working. Getting side affected shaking?

Go through a board certified dermatologist. Hims' products are diluted with garbage and they make it very difficult to cancel a subscription. Even if a shipment hasn't been made, they won't refund customers and cancel the shipment. I will never respect anyone working for this terrible organization.

The ED product was effective and the process was simple and I've no complaints there. HOWEVER- don't be mislead by their claim for "discrete" packaging. The medication came in an envelope clearly marked "HIMS" in the return address and the pills clearly rattled around inside with the slightest shake (no cotton or similar inside the bottle). Anybody with half a brain would know what was inside based on these two factors. Misleading at best. Add a few bucks and blister pack the meds or add cotton and REMIOVE YOUR NAME (or logo) from the packaging!!

I contacted them to acquire medication. They prescribed me medication and charged me for it before we had any chance to discuss the medication in question. Disgusting, unethical behavior.

Medicine us so what work depend on person .. i didnt authorities for order and is automatics charge i cancelled my subscription . first order is didnt work .. so talk to him they said i need higher dose .. they didnt said anything and reesubscription and charge my card .. Caution..!!!!

Placed order and given a prescription last week and was hoping to receive my prescription by the end of this week but after numerous phone calls and useless messages my prescription is still sitting at the warehouse awaiting to be picked up. I could have just got this prescribed by my doctor and let insurance cover the cost but I figured using this company would be quick painless and simple and after copays almost equivalent, but now I’m regretting it. Send me my prescription I paid for in a reasonable time, don’t make me wait because you can’t find someone to drop it off at the post office!! This may be a one subscription deal with Hims at this rate.

Initially it started out great, then after a few months quality became an issue. I had gotten a batch that didn't work at all, and tasted very chemically. No effect. I contacted them, they wanted to up my dose.. thing is I still had leftovers from the previous month that worked fine. They sent me more, and those were good, month after, another bad batch. I canceled. Not sure if it's just poor quality control, or they are intentionally sending low quality meds to save a few bucks.
