United States | 20 December 2024Disappointed with Unexplained Charges and Poor Customer Service I’ve been a subscriber to this company for quite some time, as their service fits my needs. However, I recently encountered a frustrating issue that has left me extremely dissatisfied. The company’s policy clearly states that they charge every three months, but I was shocked to discover that they charged me after just two months instead. When I reached out to customer support for clarification and to have the charge adjusted, I was told that it wasn’t a big deal and that charging me $162 early (by at least 20 days) was acceptable. This is unacceptable behavior for a company that is supposed to be reliable and transparent with its billing. They refused to address the issue or offer any resolution, which shows a lack of respect for their customers. I expect billing to follow the terms outlined in the subscription plan, and this experience has made me reconsider my ongoing subscription with them. I’m really disappointed by their response and poor customer service. I would not recommend this company to others based on this experience.

United States | 20 December 2024Generally I really like Hims the products are great but a recent irritation was concerning my last shipment of weight loss meds. The short story is I still have a little from my original order and my wife started the program but quit after a week and a half and went on Ozempic. She gave me her meds which were the same ones I was taking at the same dosage. The only one she didn’t have was Bupropion HCI. So I asked the physician if I could get just that subscription and he said no I would have to get the whole program so I did. It came today and it did not contain Bupropion I guess it is no longer part of the program. That would have been a handy piece of information when I detailed very clearly in the notes what I wanted so there could not be any confusion. Now I have enough weight loss meds to shrink an elephant. The stuff works but I bought meds I didn’t need. UPDATE: I called their Customer Service number and spoke with someone who noted my account and a physician got back to me and said I was sent the wrong weight loss pack and it was corrected without any cost to me. So all is right with the world and I received the Bupropion. I still have enough of the other meds to float a boat but that's ok the stuff really does work as I have lost 25+ pounds.
