Unfortunately, the side effects for the weight loss were intolerable but the cancelling of the order, again, was very easy. Many thanks for the good service.

Buy the least amount of product as possible because since it's a compounding operation you never really know how it's going to work. You take a 50/50 chance and there is no refunds but they will offer to change your order...for full price on the new stuff. Doesn't matter why it doesn't work or what side effects it causes...and they do cause side effects...you are stuck like Chuck and no money back. So buy as little as possible and cancel the subscription right away.

Despite repeated attempts to get a refund for a product that was never delivered to me, I have been denied at every turn. The product was returned to you because I wasn't at home—this is not the same as me refusing delivery, yet you’ve refused to issue a refund, hiding behind your "prescription product" policy. Hims claims to put customer satisfaction first, but my experience has been the opposite. Instead of offering a fair resolution, I’ve been forced into accepting store credit for an order I never received. I do not wish to be tied into purchasing from Hims in the future, and the lack of flexibility and understanding shown by your support team has left me with no choice but to take further action. This experience has been misleading and unfair, and I would advise potential customers to consider their options carefully before purchasing from Hims. And does the product work? I saw no improvement

United Kingdom | 02 October 2024AVOID at all costs. This company is a scam. They tell you to cancel to not take payment, the only way to cancel is via contacting them. Well if you do don't expect a reply or the thing to be cancelled, shoddy business practices and really poor customer service.
