The finished product was excellent as was expected. After I had put my ring in for repair, I was contacted by a female at the jewellers to say the jeweller was very busy at the moment and it would not be ready at the time quoted. I asked for them to contact me when it was ready and the reply was of course. Several weeks had gone past and no contact. I made a special visit down there to enquire and it had been apparently ready for a while. When I questioned why I had not received the call, a woman stated that they do not contact customers when the item was ready. I find this incredibly bizarre considering the expense most customers are spending.

Service was fine, but they don't ever stop asking you for reviews of their service.

My purchase was an emotional purchase. A replacement for some very sentimental jewellery that had been lost . Theo and staff were exceptionally caring and very helpful throughout the whole process. Theo kept me informed from concept to conclusion and it was available to me on the day promised.

My experience with Dracakis Jewellers was pleasant and very satisfying as to the range and quality of the wedding bands on display. I was very pleased with my purchase of the 2 tone gold and white gold ring and was very happy with the after sales service , which was to polish out a small blemish on the ring. The jewellery at Dracakis keeps me coming back, but the service sometimes is really average. When I'm served by the brothers, no problem, but the other staff are sometimes so vacant and rude.
