Dracakis were very helpful when navigating the dreadful insurance process to replace lost diamond earrings with high sentimental value. I ended up paying more for something different to those I lost and it was absolutely the right decision given the awful insurance process. Not the cheapest jeweller, but I love my new earrings, they are beautiful.

I Love Dracaakis Jewellers..my first experience with was to repair a gold dolphin ring I bought in Greece over 20yrs ago!!! It wrapped around my pinky finger and I loved it , anyway the tail end had snapped off , I went to two other jewellers who said" no it can't be fixed !"...So I tried DRACAKIS and they said of course no problem and they did such a perfect job...my 2nd was my mother's engagement ring needed to get cut off my finger which was devasting but once again DRACAKIS came to my rescue...I would highly recommend them absolute perfectionists.

It was my first purchase of a engagement ring and hopefully the last. I was shown rings and felt no pressure from the staff to buy. I was explained everything about the ring and what the carats, colour, clarity mean and my decision to buy was easy due to their service. I appreciated their personal service calling me by name from the second occasion I walked in. I felt valued.
