My wife's engagement ring had an issue with diamonds coming loose. The ring was repaired first time around, and when the problem persisted they replaced the whole ring at no charge. Great service guys you couldn't have done more.

I need help to discern which piece of jewellery was given from my late Mum's jewellery box to which members of the family and which pieces to keep myself. Some needed new clasps, cleaning and testing of gems. Such helpful advice given and testing undertaken. Recently I picked up the final piece, a beautifully cleaned and mended 85 year old engagement ring, that is now safe on my hand. Thanks heaps!
