The staff in the shop were excellent, and communicated when the item was ready. However the repair that was done altered the style of my ring, which was disappointing, and the symmetry is just not there. Probably will not go back.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Dracakis Jewellers to anyone. The staff that I dealt with were professional and courteous in every respect. Although I only had a small repair of my mothers bracelet which had been purchased at Dracakis many years ago, I was still treated respectfully which was appreciated.

Recently my husband and I was served by a women, I didn't take note of her name. She had attitude big time which is a shame. I left the shop without buying anything after she wretched out shopping experience. The owner Nick who is great to deal with wasn't around. My advice for anyone is don't desl with the youngish women there with an accent but deal with the owner Nick himself.
