$20 just to glue on a pearl bead, seems a little excessive. I was also quoted $35-$40 to fix a box chain necklace. I think I'll go to a place in the city who offer excellent service but charge nowhere near that price. Staff were friendly and polite. It just comes down to price. Thanks.

Wonderful assistance and customer service. My order was completed over the phone and as there was engraving, an informative email with styles was promptly sent. The whole process was simple and comprehensive. Would definitely recommend.

My watch needed an overhaul. It was quite expensive to have done. The jeweller was honest in his advise and did not talk me into having it done . I did decide to have it sent away organised by Dracakis Jewellers for a major service and glad I did it. It was not done on site as it needed to be fixed by an authorised dealer.
