Everyone at Southeast Financial was awesome to work with. They were all really responsive to phone calls, texts and emails. I had most of my interaction with Kailey Hayes the Loan Officer. We had an issue with a boat title (nobody’s fault) which delayed us more than two weeks. She was very accommodating with myself and the boat dealer. She went above and beyond with communication and even staying late to get our deal done. I was also fortunate enough to have Funding Agent Grace Scoville and Funding Manager Cheyenne Douthit. I truly appreciate the efforts of all three of these professionals.

They were a pleasure to work with. There was real people on the other end of the line. Britney did an outstanding job and very prompt with a response to any of our questions.

The advertised rates are not close to consistent with the final offer. I could understand this discrepancy if my credit profile was less than desirable, which is not the case. The process was lengthy at best, from initial application to receiving funding was over 3 weeks. The representatives I had contact with were helpful and always returned calls/emails punctually. The process needs to be reviewed heavily to improve efficiency.
