These are a few of the high points: Decision was made within 24 hours. Contract stipulations were laid out in very first email. My loan agent, Bionca, was proactive, responsive, and thorough. Once I accepted the terms, all my documents were emailed within 15 minutes. Bionca was patient with me and the seller. She collected all our loan documents and got my package to funding same day. Loan was funded in 4 business days!
