This process in all done online and I was hesitant at first. But the process was easy and when I had questions I could text the representatives and they answered me almost immediately. We had zoom meeting with Corbin and she was so helpful and friendly and made our zoom call a great experience. our loan was then turned over to Alison Ragsdale and she kept me updated and answered all my questions immediately. I thought Tonya was great, she got us heading in the right direction then Amanda took over and really worked with us. When we asked for a change in the loan Amanda got it done. My wife and I both have very busy schedules and at times it was difficult for us to be as timely as we wanted to be but Amanda was never pushy but very encouraging.

They were great to work with. Answered every question we had. Very quick process. Some processes were very confusing at times. I think if they could give a better break down of every figure it would be more helpful for a better understanding of the process.
