Southeast Financials team was extremely professional and communicated throughout the loan process. They reached out through email, text and by phone to coordinate all the fine details giving me peace of mind. The team worked with the broker for the sale and retrieved all pertinent information to include registration details. The loan was approved within 2 days and the funded in 1.5 days after all paperwork was signed and submitted! Huge thanks to the team at Southeast Financial for making my dream boat become a reality!

Great communication between the loan advisor, dealership, and buyer. Made sure we all understood our documents and final closing numbers. Stayed on schedule and pushed it fast to get us our trailer.

The communication was exceptional. Tip of the hat to Tonya and Makenzie! There were no hiccups, no delays, no problems they didn't immediately resolve. The seller was also kept informed, which was reassuring to him, an important ingredient in any transaction. We both had to comply with Southeast Financial's instructions, and if a buyer does that promptly, it adds to a successful transaction. Those instructions were direct and easy to understand.

The communication we received from Amanda and Caydence was great! Amanda always answered our calls and responded to our emails promptly. Everything was explained in a direct manner. They were both always very polite. Most importantly there were no delays. We had a great experience!

The loan officer Amanda was efficient and clearly instructed me on my responsibilities. Her communication level set my expectations. Cheyenne, my contact for final documentation e-signing and loan check distribution was similar in efficiency and communication. Great team.

My experience working with Title Agent Kelly to resolve a title issue was outstanding. As a condition of the loan, the bank would handle the title transfer and registration fees of my Class B recreational vehicle. Unfortunately, The DMV was very slow about processing the application, which held up reimbursement of the considerable fees I paid upfront to expedite the process. Kelly was extremely courteous and helpful in resolving the problem. She kept me posted of the situation through emails, and responded quickly to any questions I had along the way. I could not have asked for better customer service.
