Great experience overall. All the ladies that I worked with on my loan were so kind and always helpful. Loan process does take some time compared to an auto loan or something like that. About 3 weeks for me. Also keep in mind that like many companies, Southeast Financial will send your credentials to whatever bank they work with that can offer the best rate. In my case, my financing for my loan was fulfilled by Fifth Third Bank, through SE Financial. Still a great experience nonetheless!

Easy to work with, fast

Every interaction was professional and fairly easy to understand. We had a little bit of a rough start getting connected, but after the initial connection things went really well.

Their process was fast and efficient. They explained everything clearly and responded promptly to emails.

Very fast communication. Kailey was so patient even after 3 (yes 3!) RV sales fell through on the seller's end. She stuck with me until I found the perfect RV. Then she made sure we got the paperwork done quickly before my conditional approval expired. Highly recommend!
