Hotel, flight and transfers were organised and at a very reasonable cost. Any questions or queries were dealt with in a professional courteous manner. Hopefully returning to Gib next year and we are happy to recommend MyGibraltar.

My flight for March 2024 had been cancelled by EasyJet and the team handled this with no problems and kept me informed throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend anyone booking with them.

United Kingdom | 07 October 2022Found MyGibraltar on Google when looking for accomodation. Booked for 3 nights at Rock Hotel at a price that was half of the other websites. Paid deposit and there was an issue when paying final amount as would not accept payment card (then charged twice) but resolved by bank asap. It was related to not using same card for deposit and final payments? We had an amazing stay and loved Our stay at the Iconic Rock Hotel, beautiful hotel, cracking pool and views of Morrocco and the vista of the Straits of Gibraltar. Staff at MyGibraltar were very helpful and communication quick re the payment issue. Will book with them when we return in future and have already recommended them to family and friends as go to if looking for accomodation in Gibraltar. 5 stars from us!

United Kingdom | 06 May 2022My experience with MyGibraltar is first class, from the moment I contacted them to my wedding day everything was perfect, absolutely everything was booked through MyGiraltar, flights, hotels, transport, wedding cake, flowers, catering, for us MyGibraltar looked after 30 plus people with no hiccup and no mistakes, when phoning the office he staff were always present and even on one occasion we visited their office in person the staff were friendly, helpful and professional, I would certainly recommend MyGibraltar for all travel and holiday requirements. Please avoid booking with this company because they absolutely do not care about their customers! Without going into every detail, Ali, (who seems to be the only person working in customer service) was very rude, and about as helpful as a chocolate teapot. Enquired about refunds if we cancelled due to covid and before I’d even finished my sentence he cut in and said ‘nope you’d get nothing back’. No chance to rebook for a later date or get some money back in credit, just ‘no’. I understand that the contracts are with the airlines and hotels but in most cases their own policies are actually very flexible. We were also promised things that didn’t happen and were made to feel like a massive inconvenience for simply asking for a little bit of help amending some bits of our booking. When booking, it also wasn’t made clear that the hand luggage included with our flights was just a backpack/handbag not a carry on case - luckily I noticed but had to fork out another £40 the day before flying. No doubt someone in management will write a snide reply to this, which just about proves my point really. Put your staff through some customer service training - there’s no excuse for the poor service we experienced! And to anyone reading this, do yourself a favour and book direct with your hotel and airline, not only will you save money but you’ll avoid having to deal with this company making your life more difficult than it needs to be.

Our return flights have been cancelled a month before we had to travel,British Airways let them know but they have done nothing about it and we found out the hard way because we could not board the plane. They did not want to hear about it and did not arrange return flights for us so we had to pay to return home. They are not members of any trade body because they scam people on an every day basis. We have initiated court action but they will flip the company and open another,as it is not their first time doing so.

The ease of walking from the Airport to the Sunborn 15 minutes,no taxi required. We will be celebrating our Birthdays there and can't wait to see Sergio and all staff there. United Kingdom | 26 October 2020Never again with this company seems they take money off everyone who cancels(ect) or in our case advised not to fly and to rebook then charge you extra there is no good will gesture with My Gibraltar or Mr Clout customer services manager...yeah right, if you do have anything negative to say he will defend them regardless he blames everyone else, also not an ABTA member so anyone reading this review bare this in mind before handing any Payment over to this company! He will reply with an answer knowing we are not able to challenge his reply advice to others there are a lot of Better company's to book through which we have done for another trip.

United Kingdom | 02 October 2020I booked a weeks holiday to Gib for myself and I husband and we were due to fly on 19th June. Sadly Covid meant that everything was cancelled. When I contacted My Gibraltar, they offered the future holiday credit but I refused it and requested a refund. This Has finally been received minus £100 for admin fees. This stinks. I didn't want to cancel the holiday. Circumstances dictated it. I am so disappointed with this turn of events. I have used this company many times before, but I think in the future I will have to look at other ways of getting there.

Our first experience with MyGibraltar was the introduction of wedding planner Kay, MyGibratar arranged our wedding, flights and accommodation for 30 guests, wedding cars, reception, flowers, if there is a Bride to be that wants the perfect wedding we highly recommend MyGibraltar. In this the new way of travelling MyGibraltar are an outstanding company, they have great knowledge of Gibraltar on where to stay, dine, they can also advise on tours and book tickets for you. For our experience of MyGibraltar, we highly recommend them to the highest always Paul & Dawn Cotterell
