Dear Nick. Nothing you now say will change my and my family's opinion of your company and the way you handled our ATOL protected claim.is it a coincidence that when I forwarded to you the complaint I sent to ATOL. You PHONED me after ignoring me .amazing I kept telling you I would not leave it. I also contacted a newspaper in Gibraltar. I told the complete truth about you and your company we paid your company in November 2016 .FOR the Monarch flights We paid your company again in October 2016 for flights with Easy jet Will never use your company ever again

I am 65 years of age and I have used Mr Gibraltar two years running they are very helpful and if I did something wrong with the booking the will ring to confirm what you need and put it right for you. Extremely helpful team SS

Thankyou our trip to Gib was fine . The only concern we had was that Bland travel do not have any facilities for disabled and my dad was not able to get into the bus for the trip back to the airport , it might be a idea for them to carry a step so that the climb in is not so big

Just what do we have to do to get refund Monarch COLLAPSED 9 months ago.We have been in contact with Nick Clout .We are sick and tired of excuses. Atol protection does not work.
