I have been using my Gibraltar for more than 20 years going to and from Gibraltar visiting family and friends, and never had any issue or reason to get in touch with them until April this year when easyjet cancelled my flight and left me along with 400 passengers stranded there. the only information we were given at the airport from the taniod announcement was that Easyjet cancelled the flight, please make your own way home and claim the expenses back. The staff at My Gibraltar, Jessica especially were so helpful in getting me a full refund of the expenses that it cost me in trying to arrange alternative travel back to the UK. I can not explain in detail enough the amount of hard work that it took trying to liaise with a company like easyjet with its very poor customer services along with its terrible website left me at times so angry but the advice and rapid response and support that Jessica at My Gibraltar gave restored my trust again that not all companies believe that customer service quality means nothing. What I am trying to say is I never needed their help for anything in over 20 years of service but when I did need it they were there and did everything possible to look after me as a company should, when you use there services. You pay for what you get and some companies just want your money and like easyjet dont have any customer service and make it so hard to claim anything back, My Gibraltar, is a great company, with a great service and professional, well trained and courteous great staff.

We have visited Gibraltar many times over the past 36 years. Our last staying trip was organised by My Gibraltar to the Caleta Palace Hotel. Flights, transfer and hotel were excellent. We even received an upgrade to a suite! We return again to Gibraltar later this year, this time to stay at the Rock Hotel to celebrate my Wife's birthday. Just love Gibraltar. We know with My Gibraltar, we are in good safe hands. Would not use anybody else.

I have already enjoyed two holidays in Gib via MyGibraltar, and a third one is in the pipeline. As far as I'm concerned, they are the company of choice if you want a package with atol protection and airport transfers. Gib itself is just wonderful of course!
