Good service

Been to Gib a few times and have always booked with alternative Agent but thought I would give mygibraltar a go this time and glad I did. Booking on line was easy, price was very competitive and matched the other company that said it was a highly discounted offer, staff on phone very professional and polite, email query dealt with efficiently and quickly and all relevant documents sent through promptly as soon as balance was paid. They even threw in some discount vouchers for local shops and restaurants. Very impressed and have already recommended to friends that have also got the Gib bug! Wouldn't hesitate to use again.

I never booked online for holidays, I always went to an agent. No agent could match the price given by my-Gibraltar, so took the plunge and booked, I've now booked my last three trips to Gibraltar with them and have never had a problem.

Booked holiday to Gibraltar on Sunborn Hotel. Booking team were excellent and informative. All vouchers for hotel, transfers and flight tickets arrived promptly. Very pleased when we received 10% discount vouchers for hotel meals and drink and also for other dining places in Gibraltar as a thank you for booking with them.

Very good package & staff friendly. Booking was easy & a competitive price was offered. The only problem was that on the return journey the airport transfer did not turn up to pick us up from the hotel. The hotel had to phone them twice before anyone arrived to pick us up. It was confirmed that whoever arranged it had used the flight time as a pick up time! Luckily the airport is only a stones throw away. If we hadn't phoned we could have missed our flight. Otherwise very happy.

Would have been 5 stars had they informed us before we left of the extensive building work being carried out in the hotel. Other guests tell us their agents informed them, so why weren't we? Otherwise everything went as it should, apart from the lamentably slow wi-fi in the hotel.
