Usually we book online but the website (or was it me ;) ) was 'playing up' last time, so I gave them a call & everything was sorted straight away by a wonderful lady named Jessica. This isn't the first time we've used MyGibraltar & it definitely won't be the last.

We're off to Gibraltar again in May & also September to embrace National Day following our visit last July to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of our wedding in Gibraltar. We wouldn't dream of booking trips to Gibraltar from any agent other than My Gibraltar who provide a first class service at the best posssible prices. Highly recommended.

HOWEVER I AM BOOKED FOR TEN DAYS IN JUNE /JULY AND DID NOT RECIEVE AN ETICKET WITH MY BOOKING IN OCTOBER 2016, ALTHOUGH I DID RECIEVE EVERYTHING ELSE, BOOKING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT, BOOKING CONFIRMATION,ATOL CERTIFICATE, HOTEL VOUCHER & AIRPORT TRANSFER. I CONTACTED MY GIBRALTAR BY TELEPHONE TODAY TO BE TOLD THE ETICKET HAD BEEN SENT ON 05 OCTOBER. THE ETICKET WAS RESENT IMMEDIATELY AND IDENTICAL TO ANOTHER DOCUMENT RECEIVED IN OCTOBER TITLED BOOKING CONFIRMATION ONLY THE RESENT DOCUMENT IS TITLED ELECTRONIC TICKET. A BIT CONFUSING, BUT I BELIEVE IT IS ALL IN ORDER NOW.
