I have used My Gibraltar many times for my trips to this great city break destination. Including Gibraltar Day in 2013. The staff are always friendly, helpful and have a good knowledge of the rock and its hotels.Have recommended it many times to others and will use it in the future.

Everything went to plan and we had a very pleasant trip. MyGibraltar called in advance to let us know the hotel we had booked had not completed refurbishments. We stuck with our choice but it shows they had taken the trouble to be proactive in managing the expectations of their customers. For Gibraltar I will continue to use them as my first choice as demonstrated they are keen to provide good service and tend to secure the best rates

Very impressed with the service and the prices

They were polite, extremely helpful and went that extra mile to find the right holiday. Even when I needed to ado an extra person they organised it with no fuas. Their prices are competitive and I would recommend them to anyone needing to book a holiday to Gibraltar

Sadly I have had a very a very bad experience booking through this site. They do not offer any flexibility (which I was ok with at the time of the booking that I made months in advance). Two weeks before the travel date I received the information that not all facilities of the hotel will be available (such as swimming pool!) due to refurbishment. The way they dealt with the situation was even worse and I feel that I bought a pig in a poke as I had chose a rather expensive hotel to be able to relax and make use of all facilities, instead there will be scaffold everywhere. When I challenged them to cancel the reservation (and after many calls and emails) I got the offer of cancelling it with an additional fee of £50. So, it seems the options are to pay a rather expensive rate to have a bad experience or an extra £50 to get rid of it. Lamentable. I do not recommend this service and will surely never use it again.
