Aircon didn't work so we got moved to another room and. The tele wouldn't work properly so we got moved to another room third room in two days I think it's fair comment

I have previously booked many times on 'My' Gibraltar. On this occasion it would not find my address once my postcode was entered. It still would not accept when manually entered. Very frustrating. I phoned and explained and booked that way. The operater also could not get the booking to accept my address but eventually sorted everything out for me. Excellent service and use them every time.

Have used Mygibraltar many times over the years and have always found them very competitive price wise and the website easy to use and full of local information for a good holiday , also the voucher page for money off in shops and bars is an added bonus.

I booked online and was having trouble with my cards I requested a call back and got one very quickly ,a lady called Jessica I hope I have here name right anyway she was so helpful and I felt relaxed that I was not using my phone bill to sort it ,IT was me getting it wrong but she put me right very good service I will be looking at other holidays here .

The lady travel consultant I spoke to went to the extreme to help us to try and get us the best possible deal as finances were crucial as we were going over on a very emotional journey and with a limited budget, thank you so much for all your help.

Booking through this company was cheaper then booking through the hotel directly. 😊

Site good, but found I was only able to book 3 rooms, so I had to call England from spain to book another one.
