We couldn't get this destination locally and found them on the net. The smoothest holiday experience we have had from booking via phone to the company, to the return. Great experience and one we can 100% recommend. We rang to book, received emails, asked a query on line and sent a letter to them on our return - all contact with them professional and we will not be going back to the standard providers for our next holiday. MyGibraltar a great find.

United Kingdom | 28 July 2016I would like to say thank you to the staff at My Gibralter for the way that they sorted out our holiday on the sunborne and when we had to cancel it this year due to some family issues they went out of their way to reorganise it for next year so that we wouldn't lose any money! Big thanks in particular to a Mr Kabir Choudray who handled the changes and did all the necessary arrangements and actually did what he said he would. Highly recommend you guys! Thanks Mr and Mrs Booth.

United Kingdom | 28 July 2016After booking online it appeared a 2.5% charge was the norm for all cards, even debit cards. So I decided to pay by PayPal. The page froze without confirming payment. After having an online chat with someone, he said you have a booking and I'll phone you tomorrow about the payment. After 2 days when no one rang, I rang them only to be told I didn't have a booking in my first choice hotel. I wasn't very satisfied with the ladies attitude or the resulting hotel. I will never use them again and I suggest people book hotels through other sites.

United Kingdom | 04 July 2016"All bookings include breakfast". This is what they advertise. That is until their allocation is all taken, then its room only. How do your know if their allocation has been reached? you don't. Booked two trips with them to stay a the Rock hotel in July. First booking all okay, second room only . Booked well ahead and even the Hotel itself offers breakfast if booked ahead. When I called and complained reaction was sorry our allocation had been taken and I would be required to pay an extra £35.00 for two breakfasts. To late for me to cancel as the airfare would have increased.
