Excellent customer service - would recommend

A1 service as usual keep up the good work

My only issue was that the cancellation policy was not clear at the time of booking (I had to phone to clarify this). Also please note that unlike this My Gibraltar booing, several other nearby hotels were willing to offer free cancellation up to 5 days before booking (and they nearly got my custom as a result).

Have used this company for the last 3 years. Normally I can book everything online, but this year I needed additional baggage on the aircraft, so I phoned. The staff were so helpful it was actually a very enjoyable experience, Steve PS Booking through the company rather then booking flights and hotel independently saved me over £200.

We had such a fabulous 2 days in the Elliott Hotel in Gibraltar. Can't wait to go again. I would always use My Gibraltar when booking. Thank you for being so helpful.

no problems in booking and obtaining information

This was a very personal experience rather than simply talking to a robot! I felt it was value for money and easy to book.

I have used MyGibraltar for 12 years but this time I was very disapointed with the price shown on the web site and the actual price given. i understand the reason given but your web site should show no price and then there is no problem when the actual price is quoted.

Looking to book a hotel in Gibraltar, mygibraltar were the cheapest. When I couldn't get my address to load on the web page, they honed me and sorted my booking out over the phone. The lady who phoned me was really helpful and knew her stuff.

My first visit to Gibraltar so glad I booked with my Gibraltar from start to finish this was a first class service, it was so easy I thought I had missed something, great value nobody comes close. Already booked up for July 2017 can't wait ! Ps looking for another short break before hand.

At first glance I thought this was going to be difficult to navigate but the more I went into it the more I learned and the more information I got from it. A really informative site, so useful!

Fast efficient booking procedure, vey helpful staff

I go most years with an older Barclays Hockey group and always book through Kabir at MG. As we always use the Caleta we get great deals and decent rooms. Its always a nice break in May and to be thoroughly recommended. Peter Meyers.

information good cost very good this is why I booked again with my Gibraltar .

Helpful staff on the end of the phone, will be using them again as we visit Gib annually.
