Easy to buy from, but a little lacking on the info side about the products. Would have liked to know more about the difference of the products more than taste.

A full explanation of my order experience with MedVape. I created my order February 3rd and paid same date. No shipping updates were provided so I reached out on February 8th and was told an item on my order will be in stock the next day. I waited for shipment notification and after nothing I reached out again on February 15th. I was not given any response so I reached out again on February 27th. I was then told items are still on the way from the US and they would provide an update to me that night (they didn't). I then reached out again on March 9th asking for the items to be sent and anything not in stock to be cancelled. Their response (copy pasted) was "Thank you for your patience and understanding, XXXX products ships from USA. It is not easy for any company or persons to buy from abroad and receive products next day. We explained to you what was happening, you said its OK. Were sorry that all your emails went in spam folder so we never saw messages. You can call us anytime if you don't get response faster enough". Their apology was that I was "ok" with their failure to update me even after 10 days, and also putting blame that my messages were going into the spam folder. If customer emails are being sent to spam and they cannot resolve that, it is not my problem. All communication issues were at the fault of the company and they try to put blame on me in the end. A terrible experience which would have been much better if their customer service would provide accurate information from the start. To be clear, if you read their response and consider that it took over 1 month to recieve my products from the company they mention, I think you can understand that there is a clear disconnect in what is communicated and what actually happens.

Fast and reliable delivery

My experience with this vendor was a positive one. The goods I ordered arrived exactly when they were supposed to and were conveniently sent to the post automat I had specified during the checkout process. I was pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the goods themselves, which were exactly what I was looking for and exceeded my expectations in terms of both appearance and functionality. I had a good experiance from their disposable vape. I had A little problem with the first one I ordered. I took photos and sended it to one of their staff that sended me a replacement directly that was great 5/5. I got much love for the company for that!💚 The shipping only took 1-2 days. Product 5/5.
