Excellent service. A price was agreed, and the date confirmed. When the pump man came, he was faced with more problems than he deserved, due to it being a new system to us. We didn't actually understand what we were looking at! He helped us by unblocking the drain,(a cover had broken inside and fallen in), then he emptied the tank. Above and beyond. Thanks so much.

Great company, with experienced engineers! Completed a new soakaway installation and now our septic tank is no longer backing up. Highly recommended!

Booked ekoflow to check/diagnose why septic tank was filling fast, and appeared to not be draining as it should (had it emptied 9 months back). Was quoted £125+VAT to check and diagnose (let to believe cctv would be used) upon a visit, but needed to arrange/time tank empty the same day which I did. What I ended up with was a "visual inspection, and being advised I now needed a percolation test for £550+ to establish what soakaway I needed, and then they could quote for a complete replacement soakaway!! I have no signs of dips in the ground, pooling of water or any such like, and the most likely (according to others) is a blockage which could be jetted, or a better scenario being to add inspection chamber at start of soakaway to then jet both ways. Funny enough I am not proceeding with a percolation test. Subsequent investigation proved the soak away had NOT failed

They did what they said they would when they said they would Ans for a reasonable price

Took over a property which had a kargester in the garden not working, a phone call to Jane and sent over a few photos and the job was priced and booked in, needed it doing asap so 2 engineers arrived the next week and sorted it all out, very caring and professional outfit from initial contact to completion thanks very much
