Felt I was in good hands, quick response, on all questions, and arranging an inspection date. Excellent service.

Annual plant service carried out on 14th April 2022 stated that front and rear bearings were both in good condition and operating correctly. Nine weeks later they were changed as a result of a service callout and were seen to be badly worn. Motor/gearbox was identified as a possible future failure at this point but in fact failed within 24 hours. Apart from these issues callout responses were very good and the service engineers competent.

Awesome service from Ryan at Ekoflow!! Easy & quick communication. I spoke to Ryan regarding having my rainwater harvest pump repaired. He provided a very clear quote, & was available for follow up questions. On day of repair, he was punctual, professional & left everything tidy!! Highly recommend though hope not to have to use them again anytime soon.😝.. unless I am getting pump serviced!!

Top job - on time and just what we were looking for.

Ryan did a survey for us to assess the septic tank and drain field performance. We got a very detailed 2nd opinion and were re assured that all is good. We await the survey report which will be useful should we decide to sell our home in coming years.
