We were given good information when we visited the showrooms, and were able to get an immediate estimate. The surveyor was easy to schedule and came as planned, drew up a precise specification and costed it quickly for us. Installation was done on time and neatly by 2 very professional, polite and friendly guys who left everything nice and clean when they were finished. We needed to have a second visit because a remote control did not work, and it was all handled very well by both office and fitting staff. Overall a very good experience. We would recommend this company and would use their services again.

The two georgian doors look nice and the fitting of them was done efficiently it seems. The only downside is the fact that these doors have air vents which makes the garage attached to my house and which I use a lot with washing machine, clothes dryer and fridge/freezer as well as an exercise bike quite cold at the moment and I expect quite hot in the Summer.

Great service all round from initial enquiry, being sent an estimate, which included drawings & measurements of the opening as well as the space required for the housing box. This helped ensure my builders constructed the new garage accordingly and a site survey once the walls had gone up allowed the builders to directly discuss the finer points with Access Garage Doors. All of this meant on the day on installation everything went smoothly and all completed within a couple of hours, installation engineer then showed me use of the remote controls, the manual over ride system and the safety features. Everyone at the office (Kelly & Matthew) were fantastic, helpful, available and engaging. I would use Access Garage Doors again & would highly recommend them to others.

Excellent attitude of the installer and telephone contact

My Access Garage door has been installed for 10years and when it locks down in the shut position it is really safe,which stops external attacks and keeps us safe and secure This week I had an issue and contacted them ,they sent out an engineer called Tony who was prompt, who was able to resolve the problem in about 10 minutes, I then paid him after he reset our spare fobs and that was brilliant.
