I had a new garage door fitted and I am over the moon with it. I can highly recommend this company, the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and did an amazing job.

The engineer who visited firstly to measure up and then to fit a new part to my electrically operated garage door was friendly, helpful and polite. He explained the problem to me, arranged for the part to be ordered and left all neat and tidy when the job was finished.

Very pleasant gentleman came to give us a quote. He had worked for Access for over 30 years. This is what we wanted, someone with a wealth of knowledge behind him, not a young cocky salesman that we experienced with a company called Doormatic. Stay away from Doormatic, they ripped off my elderly, vulnerable Mother. They quoted her £2,000 for a new roller door, when we further investigated, it was just a simple fuse which had gone, which cost £100. Yes, thank you Doormatic. You might be a good candidate for the TV programme 'Rip off Britain' watch this space. So, Access doors were polite, reliable, efficient and have fitted a smart new garage door. The envy of our neighbours. Thank you Access.

After some initial issues with the installation of my two canopy garage doors - Kevin the manager was quick to respond and acknowledged that their quality standard of finishings had fallen short on this occasion. Everything was put right and I was satisfied with the customer service I received. The ethos of the company is to own up when things go wrong and act quickly to put things right to the customer’s satisfaction. This was my experience with Access Garage Doors. Great service - ordered the new door and before it came the old door totally failed - Access sent someone out to secure it within an hour and didn’t charge me - two weeks later the new great door arrived and was brilliantly installed

I was quoted a very reasonable price for them to come and repair my automatic garage door which kept getting stuck. They called me to find out about the issue and were able to fix it over the phone without the need to come and repair. They didn’t charge me anything and it was all fixed free of charge by the helpful guy over the phone who told me what to do. Great service, would highly recommend. Will definitely use again in future.

Door is fine, fitting was good but the measuring was slightly off.

The fitters Dave and Chris were excellent and efficient. On handover they explained the workings of the door clearly and demonstrated best practice for us. We are very pleased with the quality of the door.
