motor broke on my up and over door although engineer had an accident help was sent asap in which a new motor got and installed very promptly thank you

Access Garage recently fitted an awning at our community cafe. The guys were polite, friendly, tidy and did a great job. The awning looks fabulous when opened and provides shade for our customers when sitting outside …. And keeps them dry as well! When it’s closed it fits away neatly and discreetly and has not detracted from the 1930’s building. They also have a great selection of colours to choose from. We would definitely recommend Access Garage doors for their products and workmanship.

Had a sectional door fitted by Access Garage Doors Yorkshire. Damion, who came out to see us, gave us great advice and went above and beyond to ensure we saw a large enough sample of the door to ensure we got the right colour. Very good job of fitting and a competitive price too. He also sorted out a touch up pen to help us keep it looking great moving forwards. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately we were not given all the variable options at time of sale, so have ended up with an awning which does not keep out the sun when most needed. The company came back to look eventually, but could not provide a solution, unless a completely new awning was purchased.

Paint peeling from four year old doors: spoke on the phone to a really lovely person at the Watford showroom: he arranged for a paint touch-up kit to be sent, which arrived very quickly: I am annoyed that I had to pay for it: I would've expected the finish on these very expensive doors to have lasted much longer and the paint to be gratis
