We are generally well pleased with the fitting and appearance of our new doors. The door with the handle needs a bit of encouragement to engage with the lock on the other door so that both doors are securely closed but otherwise everything is fine

I can honestly say that the whole experience was great with Access. On our visit to their showroom we given a friendly greeting and walked through the available options. There was no sales pressure, just a discussion of our particular requirements. Once we had made our choice there was visit to measure up and a visit to install. We managed to miss a payment deadline through being on holiday...no fuss was made, just. Polite reminder that we were overdue. The installed door looks great and is a quality bit of gear.
