Ease of ordering, prompt notification that order was received. Received the traffic cones earlier than expected. Very pleased.

I ordered something's for will call pickup. ( in stock items ) will call usually means I'm on my way to pickup or within 2 hrs my order will be ready for pickup. It's been 7 DAYS still not ready for pickup. This is the 3rd time I've ordered from them. Canceled one order for the same reason and I will be canceling this order. As for their reply, I have not gotten a email .....

Product arrived earlier than expected and is exactly as described.

I have two orders in place, one from August and one from Sep 1. Today is November 15. I've been waiting for over three months now and haven't received my orders. I would have given 5 stars if I had it in 30 days. There months and I haven't heard any word from them.

I ordered a Lazer tube it arrived damaged with a wire not attached sent it back. Took a month to get the replacement for the return and when it arrived it was also damaged this time a glass elbow was busted off. Made a claim I am still waiting to hear from them. Just beware so far they are 2 for 2 on damaged parts

We ordered a new forklift and upon shipping we were told that the forklift had been damaged. We instructed all involved that we did not want to the forklift and to return and replace. We requested through Toolots that another forklift be sent out immediately since there was an urgent need for the use of the new forklift. We were told that a new forklift could not be sent out until the damaged one was received by Toolots. We understand the policy but we also do not think it is unreasonable to send out another lift while Toolots is still waiting for the returned damaged lift. This has caused us issues in needing the forklift.

They had furnace filters at a good price, a size not available in most other places. Also, fast shipping.

WARNING!! TOOLOTS WILL NOT SUPPORT YOU IN THE EVENT YOU RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. ALSO, DO NOT purchase any DELLCOOL products from this seller. I bought a DellCool 3-way refrigerator here and apparently the shipping box appeared to have damage. The FedEx driver told me he was making a note that the package might have been damaged in route. Toolots said they would “investigate my case” and make a decision on whether to replace my refrigerator. When I directed them to contact FedEx about the driver’s comments, Toolots said “we don’t do that”. So, your best bet is to NOT PURCHASE anything from Toolots!
