I was told the item I ordered was in stock. It was not. Customer service agents are completely incompetent in resolving issues. They are not allowed, or so they say, to call their warehouse. They are only allowed to contact them via email and are unable to resolve issues on the spot. Their solution to my problem? The warehouse notified the agent through email that they had another item of lesser quality and twice the price- I would just have to pay the difference. Needless to say, I canceled the order and now I await the refund to be credited back to my card. I do not expect this to happen any time soon. I have a feeling that I will have to hound these people for a resolution. Do not order anything from this company. You will regret it. It is a fly by night operation and fronted by scam artist customer service agents. Just take a look at their history with the Better Business Bureau. I did not before placing my order and am now paying the price.

My part was well packaged, and the shipping cost was reasonable.

The description of "makes no noise" is false. The cooling fan does make noise, and kept me up all night untill I got some earplugs. When camping in the woods where it's totally silent this is like Chinese water torture. Completely ruined my campervan experience. Now I wish I had paid the extra $1000 for the name brand unit.

I have received an incomplete product, main part missing (the base!). Tried to contact you. No phone number. I emailed you. No response back. You got the money and "f... you, Joe". I'm very disapointed, to say the least.

my newest purchase of powership mig-250 mi is frustrating. the operating manual is poorly written. all the specs in sale info say this is a dual voltage ,120 v or 230v. the mfg. co. youly includes a 120v to 230v adapter cord-good. but nothing in the manual about how the welder adjusts to the input voltage change. no switch, no wires. if it's auto say so. put it in writting so no mistakes are made.

I had an overall good experience in the purchasing of a machine. The reason I didn’t give five stars was because of the credit card transaction. Because of my bank card being compromised repeatedly I chose to use a reloadable Visa card from Green Dot, That way I only put the amount on the card for the purchase I am making at the time and no one can take $ out of my account because there is none there to steal. I don’t know why but your bank will not except this type of payment and I became a very timely and aggravating experience. Please look into this it will make purchasing much easier in the future.
